Zesty Ginger Garlic Corn Delight

1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the husked corn and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the minced ginger and garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

3.Stir in the red chili powder and coriander powder, cooking for another minute to toast the spices.

4.Add the cooked corn to the skillet, tossing to coat the corn evenly with the ginger-garlic mixture.

5.Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the corn and season with salt to taste. Toss again to combine all the flavors.

6.Remove from heat and transfer the corn to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
