Cheesy Braised Duck Feet

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3.Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, sugar, and black pepper.

4.Add the duck feet to the pan, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce.

5.Cover and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until the duck feet are tender.

6.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

7.Transfer the duck feet and sauce to an oven-safe dish.

8.Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the duck feet.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
