Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard Glaze

1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2.In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, white pepper, and chili powder to create a spice rub.

3.Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with paper towels and rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.

4.In another bowl, combine the honey mustard and chili sauce to create a sweet and spicy glaze.

5.Brush the chicken fillets with melted butter on both sides to help them grill nicely and prevent sticking.

6.Place the chicken fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.

7.Flip the chicken fillets and brush the top side with the honey mustard and chili sauce glaze.

8.Continue grilling for another 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

9.Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
