Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding Bliss

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3.Add the cubed bread to the bowl and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture until all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.

4.Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the bread mixture.

5.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little oil or non-stick spray. Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is set and slightly crispy.

7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving. This will help it firm up a bit more.
