Chocolate Apple Custard Muffins

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with butter.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, custard powder, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk together until well combined.

3.In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.Fold in the diced apples gently into the batter, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

6.Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full to allow for rising.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

8.Once baked, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
