Japanese Cotton Candy Swiss Cake Roll

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10x15-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2.Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Mix in milk, oil, vanilla, and cotton candy flavoring. Fold in cake flour until smooth.

3.Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.

4.For the filling, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cooled cake and gently roll up from one end.

5.Chill before slicing and serving.
