Quick & Easy Mug Biscuit Delight

1.Place the butter in a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 15-20 seconds until melted.

2.Add the baking mix, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mug with the melted butter.

3.Stir all the ingredients together with a fork until a smooth batter forms, making sure to scrape the sides of the mug to incorporate all the ingredients.

4.Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. If the biscuit is not fully cooked, microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds.

5.Carefully remove the mug from the microwave (it will be hot) and let it cool for a minute or two before serving.

6.Enjoy your fluffy biscuit straight from the mug, or tip it out onto a plate to serve.
