Puri Chaat Delight

2.Take each puri and gently break the top to create a small opening.

3.Fill each puri with a spoonful of the spiced potato mixture, ensuring it's packed but not overflowing.

4.Drizzle a generous amount of whisked yogurt over the filled puris.

5.Add a spoonful of tamarind chutney and green chutney on top of the yogurt for a tangy flavor.

6.Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves over the puris for added freshness and crunch.

7.Serve immediately to enjoy the crispy texture of the puris along with the flavorful toppings.
