Sweet and Spicy Easter Beans

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined to create the sweet and spicy glaze.

3.Add the trimmed green beans and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl, tossing them in the glaze until they are evenly coated.

4.Spread the coated beans and tomatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the beans are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

6.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
