Princess's Rainbow Gelatin Delight

1.In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

2.In a separate bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

3.Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

4.Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the gelatin mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.

5.Divide the gelatin mixture evenly into five separate bowls, about 1 cup each.

6.In each bowl, add the corresponding fruit puree: strawberry to the first bowl, orange to the second, pineapple to the third, kiwi to the fourth, and blueberry to the fifth. Stir well to combine.

7.Pour the first layer (strawberry) into a clear glass dish or individual cups, creating a thin layer. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.

8.Once the first layer is set, repeat the process with the orange layer, pouring it gently over the strawberry layer. Refrigerate again until set, about 30 minutes.

9.Continue layering the pineapple, kiwi, and blueberry purees in the same manner, refrigerating between each layer until fully set.

10.While the final layer is setting, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.

11.Once the last layer is fully set, remove the gelatin from the refrigerator and top it with the whipped cream, spreading it evenly.

12.Sprinkle edible glitter over the whipped cream for a magical touch.
