Sweet Cacao Biscuit Crumble

1.Place the biscuits in a large zip-lock bag and crush them into small crumbs using a rolling pin or the bottom of a heavy pan. Aim for a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks for texture.

2.In a medium bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.

3.In a small saucepan, gently warm the milk over low heat until just warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar until fully dissolved.

4.Pour the warm milk mixture over the biscuit and cocoa mixture. Stir well until all the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture holds together slightly, forming a moist crumble.

5.Transfer the crumble to serving bowls or use as a topping for ice cream, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Serve immediately for a quick dessert or refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow it to set slightly.
