Frozen Lemonana Slush

1.In a blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, and granulated sugar.

2.Add the cold water to the blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the sugar dissolves and the mint is finely chopped.

3.Add the crushed ice to the blender and blend again on high speed until the mixture becomes a smooth, slushy consistency, about 1-2 minutes.

4.Taste the slush and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, blending briefly to combine.

5.Pour the frozen lemonana slush into chilled glasses immediately.

6.Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a thin lemon slice on the rim.

7.Serve immediately with a straw for a refreshing summer treat.
