Baked Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops (2)

1.Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

2.Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3.Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

4.While the pork chops are searing, whisk together the apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

5.Pour the apple cider glaze mixture into the skillet around the pork chops.

6.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

7.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 63°C (145°F). Baste the chops with the glaze halfway through baking.

8.Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest in the glaze for 5 minutes before serving.
