The Best Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until roughly combined. Set aside.

3.In a large bowl, using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
