Quick Air Fryer Cheesy Chicken Bites

1.Cut the chicken breasts into 2.5 cm (1-inch) bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.

2.In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3.In another shallow bowl, pour the milk.

4.Dip each chicken piece first into the milk, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge it in the seasoned flour, ensuring it's fully coated. Gently shake off any excess flour.

5.Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 minutes.

6.Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.

7.Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping the chicken pieces halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 74°C/165°F).

8.During the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken bites. Close the air fryer and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9.Carefully remove the cheesy chicken bites from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
