Sourdough Peanut Butter Cookies (2)

1.Mix together the sugars, butter and peanut butter in a large bowl.

2.Add in the remaining wet ingredients.

3.Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

4.Use a 2 Tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls.

5.Add 12 cookie balls to a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6.Bake in a preheated 175°C oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cookies have lost their sheen in the middle. If baking two pans at once, rotate the pans halfway through baking.

7.Let the baked cookies cool for a few minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
