Marinating the chicken In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.

Preparing the batter In a separate bowl, mix the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, lemon juice, beaten egg, and salt to make the batter for coating the chicken.

Frying the chicken Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai.

5.Take each marinated chicken piece and dip it into the batter, making sure it is coated well.

6.Gently drop the coated chicken into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

7.Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place it on a kitchen paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Garnishing and serving Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and sliced lemon. Serve hot as a starter or appetizer.
