Cat Stew

1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2.Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.

3.Add the cat meat to the pot and brown on all sides.

4.Stir in the bay leaf, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

5.Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

6.Cover the pot and let the stew simmer for 1 hour, or until the cat meat is tender.

7.Remove the bay leaf from the stew before serving.

8.Garnish each serving with chopped fresh parsley.
