Beer-Braised Fish Head

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2.In a large oven-safe pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

3.Place the fish head in the pan and sear it on both sides until golden brown.

4.Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until softened.

5.Pour the beer into the pan, covering the fish head and onion.

6.Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil and transfer it to the preheated oven.

7.Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the fish head is cooked through and tender.

8.Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

9.Serve the beer-braised fish head hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
