Chocolate Covered Onion

Preparing the Onion Peel the onion and cut it into thick slices. Separate the slices into rings and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Setting the Chocolate Place the tray of chocolate-covered onion rings in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set completely.
