Easter Kaldereta with a Flavorful Twist

1.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.

2.Add the cubed meat and brown on all sides for about 6-8 minutes.

3.Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, beef broth, bay leaf, paprika, and sugar. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the meat is tender.

4.Add the carrots, bell peppers, and liver spread. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.

5.Lastly, add the green peas and chili powder. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

6.Serve the Easter Kaldereta hot with steamed rice or crusty bread, and enjoy the festive flavors!
