Eggless Banana Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil or butter.

2.In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or a potato masher.

3.Add sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.

4.In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.

6.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

9.Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
