Spicy Chapati Wrap with Tomato and Onion Salsa

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomato, chopped onion, minced garlic, red chili powder, ground coriander, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a fresh salsa.

2.Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over each chapati.

3.Spoon a generous amount of the tomato and onion salsa onto one side of each chapati.

4.Fold the chapati over the filling to create a wrap. You can also roll it up if you prefer.

5.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.

6.Flip the wraps and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

7.Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
