Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

2.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

3.Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

4.If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

5.Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
