Cheesy Egg & Bacon Jam Sliders

1.Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.

2.In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into four equal-sized patties.

3.Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned.

4.Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

5.While the patties are cooking, heat a separate non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.

6.Crack the eggs into the skillet, cooking them sunny-side up or to your preference. Season with salt and pepper.

7.Once the eggs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

8.To assemble the sliders, spread a generous amount of bacon jam on the bottom half of each slider bun.

9.Place a cheesy beef patty on top of the bacon jam, followed by a runny egg.

10.Top with the other half of the slider bun and serve immediately.
