Pineapple & Blackberry Refreshment

1.Cut the peeled and cored pineapple into chunks and place them in a blender.

2.Add the blackberries to the blender with the pineapple chunks.

3.Pour in the cold water to help blend the fruits smoothly.

4.Add the honey and fresh lime juice to the blender for a touch of sweetness and a hint of tanginess.

5.Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and well combined.

6.Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it to remove any pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.

7.Discard the pulp and pour the strained juice into a serving pitcher.

8.Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the refreshing juice over the ice.

9.Serve immediately and enjoy the invigorating blend of juicy pineapple and luscious blackberries.
