Creamy Paneer Tikka Masala with Spiced Tomato Sauce

1.In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.

2.Add the cubed paneer to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3.In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and butter over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

4.Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

5.Add the marinated paneer cubes to the pan, gently folding them into the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.

6.Add the green peas and a little water to achieve your desired consistency. Stir well and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

7.Sprinkle kasuri methi over the dish and mix gently. Adjust seasoning with salt as needed.

8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
