Classic Asian Stir-Fry Sauce

1.In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, and fish sauce. Stir until well mixed.

2.In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water until fully dissolved to create a slurry.

3.Add the minced garlic to the sauce mixture and stir to combine.

4.In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the sauce mixture and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

5.Once the sauce is simmering, slowly add the cornstarch slurry while continuously stirring to avoid lumps.

6.Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

7.Stir in the chili oil, adjusting the amount to your preferred spice level, and remove from heat.
