1.In a blender, combine the chilled whole milk, chocolate syrup, and sweetened condensed milk.

4.Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup or condensed milk if preferred.

5.Pour the milkshake into a tall glass.

6.Optionally, top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder.
