Potato Patties with Cheese and Onion

1.Peel the potatoes, boil until tender in salted water, then drain the water and mash into a puree. Let cool slightly.

2.In a bowl with the mashed potatoes, add the ground meat, grated cheese, finely chopped onion, grated carrot, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3.Form small patties from the resulting mixture.

4.Dredge each patty in flour.

5.Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

6.Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.

7.Serve hot.
