Fruit and Yogurt Parfait Bugs

1.In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Set aside.

2.Prepare the parfait glasses or clear jars. Begin layering the ingredients: start with a small layer of granola at the bottom of each glass.

3.Next, add a layer of the prepared yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of mixed sliced strawberries and blueberries.

4.Repeat the layering process: add more granola, then yogurt, and finish with a final layer of fruit, ensuring the top layer is yogurt to act as an adhesive for the decorations.

5.To create the 'Ladybug' bug: Place a large strawberry half, cut-side down, on top of the parfait. Use a small amount of yogurt to adhere two chocolate chips or mini M&Ms to the front of the strawberry for eyes. Insert two small pretzel stick pieces near the front for antennae.

6.To create the 'Caterpillar' bug: Arrange 3-4 thin kiwi slices in a line on top of the parfait to form the body segments. Place a banana slice at the head of the kiwi line. Use two chocolate chips or mini M&Ms to create eyes on the banana slice.

7.Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
