STEAKHOUSE BURGER

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Burger Patty In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal patties and shape them into burger patties.

Peppercorn Mayo In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, crushed black peppercorns, and lemon juice to make the peppercorn mayo. Set aside.

Caramelized Onions Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and sliced onions to the skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized. Stir in the brown sugar and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Grill Roasted Mushrooms In a large bowl, toss the sliced mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Transfer the mushrooms to a grill basket and place it on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.

Burger Assembly Grill the burger patties on the preheated grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Burger Assembly Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1 minute, or until lightly toasted.

Burger Assembly To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of peppercorn mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a burger patty on top of the mayo, followed by a spoonful of caramelized onions, a handful of grilled mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve the steakhouse burgers immediately and enjoy!
