Fried Lump of Lard

Step 1 Start by heating a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2 Slice the lard into 1-inch thick chunks.

Step 3 Place the lard chunks into the skillet and allow them to cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
