Dilly Chicken Fillet with Mozzarella and Parmesan

Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Seasoning Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Seasoning Add the dill and stir well.

Chicken Fillet Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.

Chicken Fillet Brush the chicken fillets with the dill mixture.

Chicken Fillet Place the chicken fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Cooking Remove the chicken fillets from the oven.

Toppings Place a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken fillet.

Toppings Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.

Cooking Return the chicken fillets to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Spicy Drizzle While the chicken fillets are baking, prepare the spicy drizzle.

Spicy Drizzle Finely chop the chilli peppers.

Spicy Drizzle In a small bowl, mix the chopped chilli peppers with olive oil.

Cooking Remove the chicken fillets from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

Binding Agent In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

Binding Agent Brush the top of each chicken fillet with the beaten eggs.

Cooking Return the chicken fillets to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Cooking Remove the chicken fillets from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
