Sausages with Blue Cheese Sauce

Preparation Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Place the sausages on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

3.While the sausages are cooking, prepare the blue cheese sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4.Gradually whisk in the milk, making sure to get rid of any lumps. Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens.

5.Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the crumbled blue cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6.For the roasted Bulgarian peppers, cut the peppers into halves and remove the seeds. Place the peppers on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.

7.For the roasted carrots, peel and cut the carrots into sticks. Place the carrots on a separate baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.

8.Serve the roasted sausages with the blue cheese sauce, roasted Bulgarian peppers, and roasted carrots. Enjoy!
