Almond Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Making the Almond Bread Pudding In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond bread cubes, almond milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until well combined and the bread has soaked up the liquid.

9.Stir in the sea salt until well combined. Set the salted caramel sauce aside to cool slightly.

Serving Once the almond bread pudding is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
