Onion Mince Meat Potato Skillet

Preparation Peel and dice the potatoes. Finely chop the onions.

Cooking the Dish Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced meat and cook until browned. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and cook until caramelized. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to brown. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Return the minced meat to the skillet and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
