Creamy Egg Custard

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

3.Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix until smooth.

4.Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

5.Sprinkle ground nutmeg on top for garnish.

6.Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a water bath.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the custard is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.

8.Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.

9.Serve the creamy egg custard warm or chilled, as desired.
