Creamy Dalphonaise Potatoes

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, garlic, onion, nutmeg, paprika, and black pepper. Heat over medium heat until it simmers.

3.Add the sliced potatoes to the saucepan and stir to coat them evenly with the cream mixture.

4.Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

5.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

6.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

7.Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
