Blue Velvet Latte

1In a small saucepan, heat the milk (1 cup) over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.

2Add the sugar (2 tablespoons) and white chocolate chips (¼ cup) to the warm milk (1 cup), stirring continuously until the chocolate chips are melted and the sugar (2 tablespoons) is dissolved.

3In a separate cup, mix the coffee powder (1 teaspoon) with the cold water (¼ cup) until well combined.

4Add the coffee mixture to the milk (1 cup) and chocolate mixture, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.

5Finally, add 1-2 drops of blue food colour (1-2 drops) to the latte, stirring until the desired blue hue is achieved.

6Pour the Blue Velvet Latte into a mug and enjoy!
