Blue Velvet Latte

1.In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.

2.Add the sugar and white chocolate chips to the warm milk, stirring continuously until the chocolate chips are melted and the sugar is dissolved.

3.In a separate cup, mix the coffee powder with the cold water until well combined.

4.Add the coffee mixture to the milk and chocolate mixture, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.

5.Finally, add 1-2 drops of blue food colour to the latte, stirring until the desired blue hue is achieved.

6.Pour the Blue Velvet Latte into a mug and enjoy!
