Cheddar-Spiced Egg Sandwich Delight

1.In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together until well combined.

2.Add paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix until the spices are evenly distributed.

3.In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

4.Pour the spiced egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

5.While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown.

6.Once the eggs are cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the eggs in the skillet and cover for 1 minute to melt the cheese.

7.On one slice of toasted bread, layer the cheesy scrambled eggs, then top with the second slice of toasted bread to form a sandwich.

8.Cut the sandwich in half and garnish with fresh chives if desired. Serve immediately.
