Cherry Citrus Splash

1.In a blender, combine the pitted cherries, lemonade, vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.

2.Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.

3.Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cherry mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

4.Top off each glass with a splash of soda water for a fizzy finish, if desired.

5.Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime on the rim of each glass.
