Changelog

Mr. Cook is under active development. New features, improvements and bug fixes are released on a regular basis.

  1. Convert units

Mr. Cook can now convert recipe units. Both metric and imperial units are supported.

Simply go to a recipe and select the three dots next to the ingredients. There you can choose between "Keep original", "Metric" and "Imperial".

Please note that this feature may not recognize all units in all languages.

    Have fun cooking!

A suitable image is now automatically generated for the created recipes.

  4. Ingredient Groups & Instruction Headings

Ingredient groups and headings can now be used for instructions. Ingredient groups appear in the ingredient list with a heading and are grouped accordingly.

To create an ingredient group, simply add a colon ending heading and add the ingredients below.

Headings can be used instead of the automatically generated step number headings.

Headings can also be inserted with a line ending in a colon. The step text then starts on the line after the heading.
