Deep fry you slices of until golden then taken them out of the oil. Then deep fry your potatoe cubes for 5 minutes.
Marinate your chicken with paprika, lime, salt, pepper and 6 tablespoons of olive oil. ( remember to use the specified amounts in the ingredients section)
Put your basmati rice to cook. As you rice is cooking, add your zafron into a bowl and add half a cup of water to it. Mix together and add ontop of your cooking rice. Once the rice is done turn off your heat and prepare the Swahili Biryani sauce.
Sauté your marinated chicken into a pot with 4 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then add in the rest of the ingredients plus the deep fried potatoes, onions and a tablespoon of salt.
Mix everything together, add half a cup of water to the mix, put the lid on and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes and your Biryani sauce is ready.
