Baked Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2Mix the ground chicken (1 pound), green onions, (3) hot sauce, egg (1), mayonnaise, salt (½ teaspoon), and almond flour into a large bowl

3Using a cookie scoop or small spoon, dish out the ground chicken (1 pound) mixture and mold into balls (this will be easiest with a cookie scoop)

4Place the meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet or cast iron skillet

5Bake for 20 minutes then drizzle with more hot sauce, and add additional green onions (3) and blue cheese if desired
