New Year's Salads

1.In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, cooked shrimp, and green peas.

2.Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3.In another bowl, combine the diced potatoes, grated carrots, chopped onion, pickled herring, and chopped eggs.

4.Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

5.In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, corn, parsley, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

6.Prepare the dressing by mixing together the sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.

7.To serve, arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon each salad onto the leaves.

8.Garnish with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, lemon wedges, and fresh herbs.
