Wheat Flour Ghee Cookies

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, ghee, and sugar.

3.Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little more ghee.

4.Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies using your hands or a cookie cutter.
