Christmas Nankathis

2.Add ghee to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a crumbly mixture.

3.In a small bowl, mix milk and water. Dissolve baking soda in this mixture.

4.Gradually add the milk-water mixture to the dry ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough.

5.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

6.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

7.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round cookies or desired shapes.

8.Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the nankathis turn golden brown.
