Wash properly the outside of your Yuca with a scrab or brush to remove any soil on the peel.
Peel your yuca and cut it into wages. Rinse the Yuca to get rid of excess starch then put it to boil for 25 minutes with salt.
Once the yuca is boiled, drain out the water and start the deep frying process.
You don't have to let it cool down since it's even fast deep frying the yuca hot compared to frying cold Yuca. Because cold Yuca will lower the temperature of the hot oil.
Let it deep fry until golden then take it out.
Sprinkle a little bit of salt and regular paprika and your Yuca fries are ready to go ✅
